How can I book my taxi service?
From our website, you can use our reservation form or browse the available cities.

Can I add, erase or change my reservation (i.e.: pick-up time, number of passengers, pieces of luggage)?
You can contact us to change your reservations' time, passengers number or luggage, so to allow us to provide you with the best vehicle for your needs and, therefore, with the best service. To do that, please read the following FAQs..

Is it possible to cancel or modify my reservation?
You can do it at any time before the driver's leaves to reach the agreed meeting location. To change or cancel your reservation 48 hours before your arrival, you can email or phone us and we will be glad to provide you with our support. In case of modifications less than to 48 hours from your arrival, you can directly phone the number we provided on the confirmation e-mail.

 

PRICE FAQs

Are your prices per passenger or per vehicle?
Our Prices are ALWAYS per vehicle, not per passenger.

Are your prices fixed and complete or are there any extra fees?
Our prices are fixed and all-inclusive. NO HIDDEN OR EXTRA fees (i.e. because of deviations or traffic jams) will be charged to you.

Are tips mandatory?
Tips to the driver are not mandatory, but, you can tip him if you want.

 

PAYMENT FAQs

Will be payment be made to the driver or by credit card?
The credit card number you provided during the booking procedure will be only used as guarantee, you will have to pay for the transfer directly to the driver at the end of the service. If you prefer to pay in advance, you can do it by PayPal or by credit card.

How and when do I have to pay for your service?
You can both pay to the driver after the transfer or in advance by PayPal or credit card. In case of direct payment, the credit card number provided during the reservation will is only used as guarantee.

Is it possible to pay in advance?
Yes, by selecting the option "Pay now with PayPal" or "Pay with credit card" in the booking form.

 

LUGGAGE FAQs

What if I bring additional luggage not mentioned during the booking procedure?
In this case it will be better to inform us because you may need a larger/smaller vehicle and the price of you transfer may change accordingly.

It is possible to carry big items such as wheelchairs, bikes, ski or scuba dive equipment?
Please mention them on the reservation form in order to provide you with a larger vehicle .

 

MEETING LOCATION FAQs

Where is the meeting location?
Our usual meeting location is the arrival area right in front of Ciampino and Fiumicino airport's exit doors; the driver will be wait for you there by holding a sign with your name. You will receive an email with the precise meeting location some days before your arrival.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Our local manager is in charge for monitoring every detail about the flights so, in case of delay or cancellation, he will modify your service accordingly.

What if I don't find the driver?
Please call the number reported on the confirmation e-mail. Our customer service is available h24, 7 days a week, and we will be glad to help you.

How long is the driver going to wait for me?
The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after the actual landing time of your flight. Then, he will call the mobile phone number you provided on your booking form and, if he cannot contact you, he will leave the meeting point. In case of any problem please contact us at the emergency phone number provided.

Will the transfer service be in common with other passengers?
No, since all our transfers are private and NOT shared.

Do you provide infant or child safety seats?
Yes, we provide them upon request to most destinations, at no additional prices. Please mention the children's age in the booking form so that we can provide the vehicle with the proper seat.
