Please read our Terms and Conditions before reserving your transfer. By booking our service you fully

accept out Terms and Conditions, and shall be therefore legally bound to them.

This User Agreement is regulated by the Italian law without regard to conflict of laws resulting in the application of law of any other jurisdiction.

  1. Responsibilities
    www.taxifromromeairport.com will not be held responsible for any losses, including, but not limited to, lost of properties, luggage, missed flights, ferries or trains or any other
    1. connected services, due to whatsoever reason.
    2. ii.taxifromromeairport.com or the transportation service provider will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage due to omissions or errors affecting the reservation either if submitted online or manually processed by phone or email. The client is responsible for the information contained in the booking confirmation email; any errors or omissions shall be immediately communicated to the reservation office and a new reservation confirmation email will be sent immediately. In case the errors or omissions are noticed less than 48 hours before
    3. the pick-up time, they shall be communicated to the emergency phone number provided
    4. in the confirmation email.
    5. iii. By accepting to this Agreement, you agree that taxifromromeairport.com shall not and in any way, be held responsible for any loss, expense, direct or indirect damage arising from the use or missed use of the transportation services, under normal or particular circumstances, despite you have warned taxifromromeairport.com about particular circumstances affecting your trip.
  2. Services Availability
    1. At the end of the booking procedure, you will receive a confirmation email for the requested service. If there are no taxi available , you will be informed by email.
    2. The vehicle model and type indicated in the reservation form and on this website are only aimed at describing the service. In some rare cases we will provide you with a different vehicle if needed. For example, if the reserved vehicle is delayed because of traffic, diversion or else, a suitable replacement will be provided at equal or higher cost. We cannot guarantee the availability of the vehicle type or model specified in your confirmation.
  3. Payment
    1. The standard payment method is cash to the driver, or otherwise payment in advance by PayPal or credit card (add 2,7%)
    2. If you choose the "Direct payment" option, the credit card details provided during the booking procedure will be used to confirm and guarantee your service, but no amount will be charged on it
    3. Your credit card may be used to charge, without notice, any applicable penalty as per Section 5 of this User Agreement and to cover any expense in case of damage caused by the customer to the vehicle
    4. You acknowledge and confirm that the credit card number provided during the booking procedure is yours and sufficient coverage for the booked service are available
  4. Changes and/or Annulations
    1. You can cancel your reservation by paying the following fees:
      a) No charges applied up to 8 (eight) hours before the pick-up time.
      b) 50% of the transfer cost charged, less than 8 (eight) hours before the pick-up time, but before the driver has left to reach the agreed meeting point
      c) 100% of the transfer cost charged after the driver has left to reach the agreed meeting point or in case of "no show"
    2. Maximum waiting time
      - Pick-ups from airports and cruise terminals: 60 minutes from the actual flight or cruise arrival time (displayed on the airport/cruise monitors). Once this time has passed, if you have not contacted the driver,
      he/she will consider this situation as a "no show" and will leave the agreed meeting point. A
      cancellation fee (100% of the price) will be applied in this case.
      b) Pick-ups from any other location: 30 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. Once this time has passed, if you have not contacted the driver,
      he/she will consider this situation as a "no show" and will leave the agreed meeting point. A

    3. In case of "no show" not communicated by you, after the maximum waiting time has passed, 100% of the booked service price will be applied.
    4. Any change to the booked service shall be communicated to our reservation office by email, at least 48 hours before the arranged pick-up time. After you receive a confirmation e-mail with the meeting point and our manager's phone number, generally 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, any modification to your booking shall be directly communicated to him by calling the phone number reported on the email.
    5. In case our company needs to cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible by email by suggesting, if possible, other
      possible options for your transfer.
    6. Our company reserves the rights to cancel any reservation for whatsoever reason. No compensation shall be due, except for a total refund in case of prepaid booking.
  5. Child seats
    Pursuant to the EU directive 2003/20/EC, the following rules apply:
    1. Children must be seated on suitable seats until they are 135 cm tall or aged 12 (whichever they reach first). After , they must wear adult seatbelts. The driver shall be held responsible for checking that children are properly restrained . However, some licensed vehicles are exempted from this rule, therefore they can carry children even if not provided with suitable child seat.
    2. Children aged less than 3, seated or not in suitable child seats, are under the responsibility of adult passengers.
  6. Excessive luggage and special items
    To ensure the best service and to provide you with the best vehicle for your need, please inform us about any big luggage or special items (with odd shape, heavy or bigger than usual, such as, but not limited to: strollers, wheelchairs, scuba dive equipment, bikes, golf bags). You will be charged with any eventual expenses incurred for additional or different vehicles, which can be necessary to carry any luggage or special items not specified on the booking form.
  7. Force Majeure
    www.taxifromromeairport.com shall not be held responsible for any delay, modification or cancellation caused by unpredictable circumstances beyond its control, such as accidents, normal or heavy traffic, acts of terrorism, strikes, police checkpoints, extreme weather conditions, detours, natural disasters, road maintenance works, etc.
  8. Intellectual Property Rights
    Any trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual properties of this website have been granted to Taxi from Rome Airport and are protected by national and international law on copyright. Any use of these contents by third parties for purposes different from booking transfer services is forbidden, including modifications, following publications and total or partial reproductions or representation without the express consent of Taxi from Rome Airport.
